One of the questions we get all the time is, "How do you make those glitter designs?"

So we thought we'd take you behind the scenes!

One of our best-selling spirit wear designs combines glitter vinyl with a fun paint splatter effect and sparkling rhinestones. It's bold, eye-catching, and always gets compliments at school events.

It All Starts With the Design

Every shirt begins with a custom design created specifically for the school or team. We make sure the layout looks great on a t-shirt, crewneck, or hoodie while matching the school's colors and mascot.

Once the artwork is finalized, it's time to bring it to life.

Cutting the Glitter Vinyl

We use our trusty Cricut machine to cut a stencil from glitter heat transfer vinyl. This step takes patience because every small detail needs to cut cleanly for a professional finish.

After the design is cut, we carefully weed away the excess vinyl by hand, leaving only the artwork that will be pressed onto the garment.

Creating the Paint Splatter Effect

The paint splatter look is one of our favorite details because no two shirts turn out exactly alike.

It gives the design extra personality and makes each piece feel unique while still keeping the finished look clean and professional.

Adding the Sparkle

Here's where the magic happens.

For designs that include rhinestones, we hand-place the stones into the template before pressing them onto the shirt. It takes time and attention to detail, but it's worth it when you see the finished product sparkle in the light.

It's one of those little details that makes people stop and ask, "Where did you get that shirt?"

Press, Inspect, Repeat

Once everything is lined up, we heat press each layer with care, inspect the finished shirt, and make sure it meets our quality standards before it heads out the door.
